    "faq.kicker": "Questions",
    "faq.heading": "COMMON QUESTIONS",
"faq.q1.question": "What does a marketing strategy engagement cost?",
"faq.q1.answer1": "We quote each engagement rather than publishing a rate, because scope varies too widely for a single number to be honest. A four-week positioning sprint and a multi-month market entry programme are both advisory engagements and they are not comparable.",
"faq.q1.answer2": "What we can tell you is how you get to a number without spending anything. The first conversation is free. You describe the problem, we tell you how we would approach it, and we go away and write a proposal with a fixed scope, a timeline and one price. You decide with all three in front of you.",
"faq.q1.answer3": "After that, every engagement is a fixed price against a fixed scope, agreed before work starts. No hourly billing, and no change orders for work that should have been scoped at the start.",
"faq.q2.question": "How is this different from hiring an agency?",
"faq.q2.answer1": "An agency sells you execution capacity and is paid for activity. We sell a decision and are paid for the engagement. Those are different products even where the deliverables look similar.",
"faq.q2.answer2": "The practical difference shows up in what happens to the work. An agency's strategy usually exists to justify the retainer that follows it, so it tends to recommend the things that agency sells. We have no execution retainer to protect, so the recommendation can be that you need fewer channels, a smaller budget, or a different agency.",
"faq.q2.answer3": "Where you need execution afterwards, we help you select and manage it rather than becoming it.",
"faq.q3.question": "Do you do the work or only advise?",
"faq.q3.answer1": "Both, and the split is agreed at the start rather than discovered later.",
"faq.q3.answer2": "The strategy mode produces decisions and plans. The executional excellence mode puts them into the business: messaging rolled out, campaigns planned, reporting built, agencies and freelancers selected and managed.",
"faq.q3.answer3": "What we do not do is run campaigns or produce creative ourselves. Where you need that capacity and do not have it, we assemble and manage the specialists who do, contracted through Outrun or directly by you. The accountability stays with us either way.",
"faq.q3.answer4": "Most engagements end with us on a light retainer, two to four days a month, while your team runs the plan. And every engagement includes a review ninety days after handover, whether or not you kept us on.",
"faq.q4.question": "How long does an engagement take?",
"faq.q4.answer1": "Four weeks at the short end, for a bounded question like positioning or a launch narrative. Longer for a market entry programme run through to live.",
"faq.q4.answer2": "The briefing call tells us which, and the timeline is fixed in the proposal before any work begins.",
"faq.q4.answer3": "We hold three to four mandates at a time across the whole practice, so the start date depends on capacity. If your timeline is fixed by a launch, a board meeting or a licence application, say so on the first call and we will tell you whether we can meet it.",
"faq.q5.question": "Can you work with our existing agency?",
"faq.q5.answer1": "Yes, and it is a common shape. Your agency executes, we set the direction they execute against and hold them to it.",
"faq.q5.answer2": "That relationship works best when the agency knows the arrangement from the start. We are not there to replace them, and we will tell you plainly if we think they are the wrong partner rather than working around it.",
"faq.q5.answer3": "Where there is no agency and you need one, agency selection is part of the executional excellence mode.",
