What they lack is the pattern recognition that comes from having been wrong before: knowing which agency pitch is oversold, which metric the board will ask about, when a channel is dying rather than dipping, and how to say no to a founder without losing the room.",
"why.body2": "That does not come from a course. It comes from talking to someone who has made those calls, while the decision is still live rather than in a review afterwards.",

"faq.q1.question": "What does marketing leadership mentoring cost?",
"faq.q1.answer1": "EUR 1,800 a month for two hours a week, or EUR 3,200 a month for four. Three-month minimum, then monthly with 30 days notice on either side.",
"faq.q1.answer2": "The hours cover more than session time. They include preparation and reviewing the mentee's real work: the budget they are building, the deck going to the board on Thursday, the agency shortlist, the hiring decision. That is where most of the value lands, because it is applied to a live decision rather than discussed in the abstract.",
"faq.q1.answer3": "Companies fund this in almost every case. At this price point it is a development investment in a person the business is relying on, which is a different conversation from a personal coaching spend.",
"faq.q2.question": "How is this different from a fractional CMO?",
"faq.q2.answer1": "A fractional CMO does the job. A mentor helps your marketing lead do the job.",
"faq.q2.answer2": "With a fractional arrangement we own positioning and priorities and hold your team and agencies to account. With mentoring, your marketing lead owns all of that and we help them get better at it. The work product is theirs, the decisions are theirs, and the credit is theirs.",
"faq.q2.answer3": "Mentoring costs less and develops the person you already have. A fractional CMO moves faster and takes real weight off the founder. If you are choosing between them, the question is whether you have the right person and they need time, or whether you do not have the right person yet.",
"faq.q3.question": "Who do we work with?",
"faq.q3.answer1": "One of us, matched to the situation. Michael's background is brand, consumer growth and building marketing functions from zero, including at board level in a regulated crypto platform. Philipp's is B2B demand generation, international expansion and marketing inside a listed payments company.",
"faq.q3.answer2": "Where the mentee's gap is one of those specifically, the match is obvious. Where it is broader, we decide between us after the intake session and tell you which of us it is and why.",
"faq.q3.answer3": "If the match turns out to be wrong, we change it. That is a normal thing to happen rather than a failure, and it costs nothing.",
"faq.q4.question": "Can you mentor more than one person on our team?",
"faq.q4.answer1": "Yes, and it is often better value than mentoring only the lead. A marketing lead and their two senior people developing at the same pace is a different outcome from one person getting better in isolation.",
"faq.q4.answer2": "Each person gets their own cadence, their own goals and their own intake, so it is priced per person rather than as a group rate. What we do not do is run it as a training programme, because the value here is in the specific decision in front of a specific person.",
"faq.q4.answer3": "Tell us who is in the team on the first call and we will say where the mentoring would do the most good.",
