The person being mentored
Usually a head of marketing, marketing lead or first-time CMO in a payments, fintech or digital asset business. Often promoted from within. Often the most senior marketer in the company with nobody above them to learn from.
Marketing services
Your marketing lead is good, and a level below where they now sit. We close that distance, working through the decisions and challenges with them rather than on theory.
Why leadership mentoring
A capable marketing lead who has not done the job at the next level up has read about most of it. What they lack is the pattern recognition that comes from having been wrong before: knowing which agency pitch is oversold, which metric the board will ask about, when a channel is dying rather than dipping, and how to say no to a founder without losing the room.
That does not come from a course. It comes from talking to someone who has made those calls, while the decision is still live rather than in a review afterwards.
Most of the marketing leaders we work with are strong operators one level below where they now sit. The job is to close the distance quickly.
Programme fit
Usually a head of marketing, marketing lead or first-time CMO in a payments, fintech or digital asset business. Often promoted from within. Often the most senior marketer in the company with nobody above them to learn from.
Usually the founder or CEO. That matters, because the goals get set with both of you in the room and reviewed with both of you. This is not a private arrangement the company funds and never hears about.
When the gap is capacity rather than judgement, or when the marketing function needs someone to own it rather than someone to advise the owner. In those cases you need a fractional CMO, and we will say so.
Interim and fractional CMO →How it works
A session with the mentee and a separate conversation with whoever is paying. We agree what the mentoring is for and what should be different in six months. It gets written down.
Regular sessions at a fixed time, protected. The hours also cover preparation and reviewing the mentee's own work: plans, budgets, board decks, hiring decisions, agency briefs.
Real decisions do not wait for the next scheduled call. Between sessions you can reach us and get a reply within one working day. The line is open, with a bounded response time rather than an implied always-on.
Against the goals set at intake, with the mentee and whoever is paying. If it is not working, that is where we say so.
Pricing
| Tier | Time | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 2 hours a week | EUR 1,800 |
| Intensive | 4 hours a week | EUR 3,200 |
Three-month minimum on either tier, then monthly with 30 days notice. The hours cover sessions, preparation, and reviewing the mentee's work rather than session time alone.
Standard suits most people. Intensive suits a leader in the middle of something large: a rebrand, a market entry, a first board cycle, a team being rebuilt.
If you find yourself wanting more than four hours a week, the honest answer is usually that the company needs a fractional CMO rather than more mentoring, and we will tell you when we think you have reached that point.

Bring them to the call. Thirty minutes with all three of us tells you whether the match is right, what they would work on first, and whether mentoring is even the answer.
If the gap is capacity rather than experience, we will say so and point you at a fractional CMO instead. It is a cheaper conversation to have now than three months in.
Book a 30-minute briefing call →The marketing lead and whoever is paying. Goals get set with both of you in the room, so the first call works the same way.
Nothing. No intake form, no proposal cycle. One of us answers and one of us does the mentoring.
