What we do

Marketing leadership
For an empty marketing seat, a launch with a fixed date, or a team that should be getting more out of its budget. We have led marketing at Bitpanda, Paysafe and TourRadar. Now we do it for you on an interim or fractional basis, or coach the marketing lead you already have.
EU market entry
A MiCA licence opens all 27 EU markets. Getting one takes a registered office, management the regulator will approve, and banks willing to work with you. We set up the Austrian entity, open the conversation with the FMA, bring in local MiCA lawyers and find your managing director and MLRO.
Stablecoin advisory
Treasury, merchant settlement, cross-border B2B or embedded wallets. We work out which of these pays off for you, pick wallet, custody and compliance providers with no vendor agenda, sort out the licensing, and stay through the pilot until real money moves.
